Attendance record sheet

All fire training given should be recorded in your fire record book. All records should clearly show when it was completed, by whom, for whom, and details of the session.

Information and instruction

To comply with the FSO, you’re required to give relevant information and instructions to your employees or anyone on your premises on how to prevent fires and what to do in the event of a fire. Training is to be provided to all your members of staff, including cleaners, maintenance staff and anyone who is likely to work outside office hours. All training should be based on your fire risk assessment, fire safety policy and evacuation procedure. Use our Attendance Record Sheet for all types of training given to your employees.
